    Pound the chicken first then dice and marinade , the chicken will be way more tender , also you should get a black stone griddle , i finally got mine a year ago , and I can say after a year I use it more than my smoker , my Weber kettle and my Weber Q . The 4 burner griddle is easily my most used cooker

    looking at getting the outlander cooler, i guess its the same cooler, but also helps to hold ice if you fill it up, i know you was just explaining it to us, but maybe it`ll be alright if i added ice monday wednesday friday before going home and repeat, just an idea and thanks for your video, im not sure which cooler im actually going with and with us getting into RC racing and dive trips figured it`d be worth it,

      That little BMX has served us well for the past 4 years or so. There are better ones but the price tags goes up but it’s definitely an upgrade from some of the more basic coolers. We think it was money well spent on our end. Hope you get the one that’s perfect for you!

    Hey (NC here) ran across video today. I LOVE using my weber charcoal/smoker grill my brother gave me YRS ago. It looks like yours in video except for thermometer on yours/front (?) I have never used a chimney and need to get me one because match light is expensive! My dad used to call charcoal burgers kerosene burgers. HA I guess he could taste that. I prefer charcoal myself but I do get hiccups not long after eating grilled food. SO....maybe I need chimney.

    • @KitchenAlpha
      @KitchenAlpha 12 дней назад

      Some of the more premium models come with a thermometer but I added mine. You can pick them up on Amazon for probably around $10 or so. Drill a small hole in the lid and use a small nut on the back side of the thermometer. Sort of handy to have especially when doing low and slow. Thanks for watching!
